The 40th Congress of World Federation of Master Tailors, often referred to as the Olympics of bespoke tailoring, was successfully held in Busan, South Korea, at the Lotte Hotel from September 15 to 20, 2025.
The congress welcomed 400 participants from 32 member countries, with programs centered around the theme “Changes and Sustainability in Bespoke Tailoring.”
The event featured an opening ceremony, international fashion show, domestic fashion show, creative fashion competition (men and women), international master cutting competition (men and women), international junior cutting competition (men and women), buttonhole competition, international technical seminar (men and women), small business skills competition, two representatives’ meetings, and sightseeing activities.
